himself John Eze at 234-803-3344-329 or 234-1-2882129.
I am sending you the documentation in order to avoid having more

I AM MR. JOHN DENIS, THE WESTERN DISTRICT BANK
MANAGER OF THE JUST DISTRESSED SAVANNAH BANK OF NIGERIA
PLC. THERE IS AN ACCOUNT OPENED IN THIS BANK IN 1980 AND
SINCE 1990 NOBODY HAS OPERATED ON THIS ACCOUNT AGAIN. AFTER GOING
THROUGH SOME OLD FILES IN THE RECORDS I DISCOVERED THAT IF I DO
NOT REMIT THIS MONEY OUT URGENTLY ,IT WILL BE FORFEITED FOR NOTHING.
THE OWNER OF THIS ACCOUNT IS CHIEF ALFRED REWANE,
A NIGERIAN, AND THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF PETRO - TECHNICAL SUPPORT
SERVICES AND LIFE FLOUR MILLS PLC...

... I am SHARON GENE the MANAGER of AFRICA DEVELOPMENT BANK [ADB]
ASSISTED RURAL PROJECTS IN TOGO REPUBLIC.... my private number
002289025133...
NOTE: JOHNSON SANKOH IS MY REAL NAME
Mr. SMITH B. ANDREAS, a foreigner, and a miner at KRUGER GOLD
CO... operated a coded account with us and died on a plane
crash in 1999. No bodies were recovered from the crash site due
to very poor rescue facilities. However, they were given
a ceremonial mass burial near the crash site.
He was born in TAPIA TAIWAN in 1959... owner of A.T.E. ANDREAS & BROTHERS
TRADING COMPANY SARL Company Lome Republic of Togo... wife named
Susan and two daughters... of course all of them were on the same
plane
... company folded up after the demise of his death... used Susan
to open his account as his mother maiden name. The above are quite
a few of his bio-data but if you need some more specific information
on him or clarification, please go ahead and ask as I just cannot
figure out the precise information or details that you would want
to know.
You must understand that in the banking industry chances or opportunities
like this are common but not heard. People put their monies in
banks and some of the accounts are either coded or confidentially
operated. Therefore, when such people die what do you think
happens to these monies when nobody comes for them?
Well, this is one of the numerous avenues good free monies are
made within and amongst the bankers. I did not mastermind Mr. ANDREAS
death and I did not operate or manage his account. If there
was something that I could have done officially to have this money
sent to his real relatives independent of the bank management,
believe me, I would have done it.
Normally, when something like this happens in the bank, it is
reported to the management. The Management can only wait for two
years for a next of kin to show up without publishing it or making
it public because of course, false claimants must definitely show
up.
Therefore, it is not published and the bank only waits for the
real heir to show up as the availability of such funds are expected
to be in the late "customers will which would be the only
source of knowledge of it by anybody who is entitled to such estate.
So the bank gives two years for this, and if no claimant comes
forward then the Management sends the money to the Debt Re-conversion
Department and the account is closed. In this case, there
is no will.
Now the question is, who runs the Debt Re-conversion Department
and who is the Management? The answer is simple. The Chairman,
Managing Director and Board Members. These are individuals and
these monies are shared by them and nobody asks questions.
In fact, these issues are not even discussed outside board meetings.
To explain myself properly, I am not a board member and of course,
I am not part of the Management and I am not rich, therefore, if
I have this opportunity and throw it to the wolves, then I must
be the stupidest the most foolish man that has ever lived.
It was the Account Officer who discovered this and informed me,
so we are the only ones involved. We have fully put everything
in place and since this is an opportunity open to anybody, we do
not see anything wrong or fraudulent in what we are doing as long
as we are not hurting who should not be hurt that brought us together.
You are a human being and you can draw your own judgement from
the above explanations. Because I am quite sure of what I am doing
that is why I am committing all my savings in this project because
I know what the catch is and it is worth it, my conscience is clear
and I have no genuine reason to worry about the dead.
The procedure of establishing the next of kin would be taken
care by you and I since this has to be certified by my office,
do not worry about this. It will only need the assistance of an
attorney to up-date and authenticate your documents with the bank.
However, this project involves a large sum of money us$10m.
I occupy a very sensitive position here in the bank and I want
to be very careful so that the project is closed very smoothly
and successfully. To that effect, I will not want to be in the
picture or noticed as an insider. I shall only be giving
you directives until you finally complete documentation with the
bank.
I have all required documents to this claim. I shall send to you
all required as soon as you reconfirm your willingness and upon
its demand by the bank. You can understand that the money in question
is huge so we both have to be very careful and sure of what we
are doing before we commence. Bear in mind that this transaction
has been programmed to last for just a few days and we must maintain
an absolute constant communication to make sure that nothing hitches.
Bear in mind that this project remains absolutely confidential. Then,
you advise intended business to invest in your country with my
own share. Meanwhile, MR ANDREAS is now late, so you are to claim
his balance as stated in his account number in this bank as his
cousin and his next of kin. You have to claim the money officially
in your own name from the bank as the real beneficiary to the late
MR ANDREAS.
I have every answer to any question that may come to you from
the bank. May I remind you that after the approval is granted in
your favour by this bank as the bonafide next of kin to late Mr.
ANDREAS, the bank will officially invite you for signing of the
final fund release order of Your fund to effect immediate release
and transfer of the fund. But if you may not like to come, you
will have to appeal to the bank to provide you with their resident
bank attorney who will represent you in procuring and signing the
necessary documents to effect the transfer.
During these periods of interaction with the bank and attorney,
you will negotiate with the attorney and agree with him on the
little amount it could cost you to get the legal documents signed
on your behalf. While all these are going on, you will be communicating
us for advice and the best way to get everything successfully done
within few bank working days. I hereby forward to you the text
of claim application which you will re-copy and send to the bank.
... SEND TO MR. JAMES KWAMI, THE FOREIGN REMITANCE DIRECTOR OF
THE BANK FOR IMMEDIATE ACTIONS. SIMPLY FAX THE APPLICATION THROUGH;

I received a similar scam with the Ethiopian 961 plane crash,
but this time on the 5th October 1999, and the email from Senegal.
As I am French; and in Senegal they speak French; I easily found
out the guy could not speak it. Therefore, was very suspicious
at the start. So I suppose these Nigerian fraudsters have connections
in the entire African continent!!!
The Banker reference they gave me is:
M. Ibrahima Momodou from Senegal
Villa 8852, Amitte II, Dakar Senegal
+2218920082 (another one: 00221 544 32 44)
plus also the lawyer's reference:
Barrister Ifa Stephen, Senegal, Dakar
I became very suspicious when when they asked me to pay the lawyer's
fee of 1,100 US$, which dropped down to 600$.
