I saw us listed on the site with no info. Could you provide this info so I know what we are dealing with?

You are making us look bad without any evidence. As much as your site is trying to use the help, as to not get hurt method, you are not helping us by showing hurtful info without any evidence or support of what you say.

The listing says email for more info, to receive the complaint, so please email this complaint to me. I see you have this rebuttal email address, so obviously you allow companies such as ours to have an opportunity to clear our name.

By NOT knowing what and who the complaint is, I think it is quite unfair of you to list us without us knowing what the complaint is. If you email me the complaint, I’d like the opportunity to research it and propose a rebuttal if necessary.
