Slamming or Unwanted Transfer of Services through Telemarketing Fraud

I had an interesting from call today at our place of business. It was a company called ADVANTAGE and her explanation for the call was to inform me that ADVANTAGE will now be doing all the printing of the billing for Sprint (our local & long distance) phone company.

She had all our billing information, and both our phone numbers. I asked her name: CATHLEEN GREEN and I asked for a phone number which she said she could not give out and when I asked where this company was located she said PHILADELPHIA.

Also, the phone number on called ID came up as Private. I ended up informing her that I could care less who prints my phone bills, and her comment was that she would try to remove me from her system?

She called me four times trying to get me to talk to her supervisor? I called Sprint and they said they were pirates and not to worry that we have a lock on our accounts? I fear this company could be switching us.

Is there any thing I can do? Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
