Alex Cid, according to a forwarded email, has been banned from One Model Place (onemodelplace.com), where he was advertising as a photographer, after that site received complaints from models.
Google's search results still, at the time of writing, has a web page
listing for Cid:

The page, however, was removed, which is consistent with the claim he
was banned.

Additional information is the allegation that Alex Cid represents himself in conjunction with Playboy, as if he is a scout for Playboy, or a recruiter. The modelscasting.com website itself prominently and exhaustively references Playboy.
According to another forwarded email, however, whatever work Alex Cid once did with Playboy is a thing of the past, and Playboy does not want to associate with him any longer. The email from Playboy said: "He is currently misrepresenting his association with Playboy."
The spam Cid allegedly sent to models:
- The first thing I want to tell you is that you are absolutely GORGEOUS!
Also this email is very legit, you can contact me if your [sic] interested in
Playboy and I [will] provide you with all my information that you can verify
through the Playboy corporate office... - Through this letter I would like to introduce myself to you, as I am a model scout for Playboy magazine, and photographer assistant for Playboy magazine, I am very interested in speaking with you about the possibility of posing in Playboy magazine.

"Models Casting, Inc.", according to modelscasting.com, operates out of Miami, Florida. No corporate records of Models Casting, Inc., however, were found in the Florida corporate records database.
Comments
If you do not receive email with "@playboy.com" in the email address, there's no reason to be convinced the person sending the email actually works for or represents Playboy. It is highly unlikely anyone from Playboy would scout online (they probably get tons of submitted pictures in the mail), so anyone sending email claiming to scout online for Playboy should be ignored or checked with Playboy directly.
